The location is very central, near Place de la Bastille and close by the famous Marais !The closest métro station is "Richard Lenoir" which is just 50 meters away from the front door. Just down the street is the animated Place de la Bastille and we are a 10 minute walk from the Place des Vosges, center of the Marais district and also 10 minutes away from the Oberkampf area (with great bars and cafés).Just 1/2 block away, there are many shops including a supermarket where one can do daily shopping (boulangerie, cheese shop, butcher, fruits/veggies, etc.) LIKE A HOTEL, BUT A FULL STUDIOThe studio is thoroughly cleaned by a professional before and after each stay. Sheets and towels are washed with hypoallergenic, environmentally friendly detergent. The studio is fully prepared for you on your arrival, ready for you to "move in" with just a suitcase. There is an iron and ironing board for your use. We make every effort to minimize waste and recycle. SOME NOTESThe security deposit is handled entirely by AirBnb. Your credit card is authorized for the deposit amount when you make the booking, and the authorization is then removed 48 hours after your check-out if everything is in order.
