Located on the Zuid Park and within walking distance of the historic center, you can find this fantastic apartment with easy access. From the 4th floor, you can enjoy all the privacy and tranquility on the spacious city terrace. You can easily drive onto the ring road to all highways, but still within walking distance of the city center. It is stylishly decorated with an eye for detail, which ensures pure relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you would need (see our profile for details). A Senseo coffee machine is available. You need to bring your own coffee pods for this. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed where two can sleep. The bathroom has a bath where you also have the option to shower, and there is a separate toilet in the hallway. There is a spacious and sunny terrace with beautiful views. Here you can enjoy your aperitif in peace and quiet after a day of city trips. The little ones have also been thought of. A baby cot and high chair are provided. Important: Don't forget to bring your own linen for the baby crib. Free WiFi is available, and there is a TV with international channels and Netflix option (with your own account). There is an efficient check-in and check-out process. For those who come by car: parking nearby can be easily arranged. You can reserve a parking space in advance via SparkSpot. The platform offers available parking spaces in the area and is often cheaper than parking on the street or in public parking lots. You can also park for a fee on the street or in the underground parking nearby. More details will be given at the time of booking. The building has an elevator, so it is perfectly accessible for wheelchair users. The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip Other things to note These are some of the measures we take to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay: - Pets are not allowed. - Check in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., check out at the latest 11:00 a.m. - Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. - We provide professional bedding and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check in yourself on arrival without meeting anyone. - Please remember that you are staying in an accommodation, not a hotel. - Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
