It is bright and airy, with large windows letting in a lot of light, and a wonderful view of the water outback. Designed with the mid-century-modern aesthetic, we have remodeled it to be modern and minimalist, while being comfortable and welcoming. Our kitchen has brand new luxury appliances and is stocked with everything you could need. Stainless Steel pots and pans, Vitamix blender, best rated home coffee maker, chef knifes, and organic spices, flours, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc. Our large backyard facing a natural bay that connect to the ocean via small vessel, it showcases South Florida perfectly. You will be surprised at how much of your vacation you will want to spend at your new home away from home. With top of the line independent air conditioners in each room, you will be able to precisely control your comfort ac level. The living room has a studio quality in-wall surround sound system and a 70 inch tv for your Netflix watching pleasure. The kitchen and bathroom's sound systems are controlled from the in-wall ipad. Our modern Miami waterfront has all the amenities you might need, including extra blankets, towels, toiletries, cards, games, etc. If there is anything you need for your stay please let us know and we will be happy to help arrange it for your comfort. The house is blocks away from the Aventura Mall, close to I-95 and US 1. We are on a tranquil street and cul de sac in a nicely mixed neighborhood. There is a regular supermarket nearby by car, and Wholefoods is closeby. Our house has a covered carport which will keep your car cool and ready to go on a moments notice. We are located near the best beaches, shopping and restaurants South Florida has to offer. Truly a wonderful vacation base!
