My signature decor is eclectic, but also clean and modern with high comfort levels. This unit is ALL INCLUSIVE. This means that water and electricity are included in the amount advertised. All our units have separate entrances. This one is accessed via a secure passageway down the side of the property. This unit is ideal for the following types of guest: Graduate student wanting a quiet place to study; reps needing a bolt hole in Johannesburg; single people in between accommodation options. The space Busy executives on the go love us as, because we are small and can offer great comfort and personal service. Just checkin and get on with work, life, family or just take time to catch your breath before tackling the email in box. Guest access This unit has a kitchenette, prep bowl with microwave and fridge. Under certain conditions I have allowed guests to use the main home kitchen if they wish. During your stay I and live here, and am on hand to help with issues or requests (or to have a coffee and a chat). But we are busy too, so we may just end up waving at each other in the parking area every so often! Other things to note Please note that we are a non-smoking establishment. We don't have a lot of rules but just ask that guests are considerate of others. Thanks!! We also do not allow the use of drugs on the property including marijuana. We all however occasionally have a glass of wine!
