Our villa sits right on the shore of Lake Garda in a quiet, non-touristy northern village, with breathtaking lake and mountain views. The space It is a private house; you don’t need to share any spaces with anyone else. Location: • Very close to the lake (50 m) • Grocery store nearby • Quiet village, away from traffic • Bus stop nearby - if you are traveling without a car, we can pick you up for free. Just let us know if you need help, we’ll be happy to assist. Please contact us, and we’ll reserve our closest apartments so your whole group can stay together. Parking: Free parking within walking distance - a short 2-minute walk is required because we are in a hilly area and buildings are close together. Don’t worry, this is normal here, and we’ve arranged it to be as convenient as possible for you. Available for an Extra Fee: • We cook homemade breakfasts and dinners at our GardaDoma guesthouse, located just a 1-minute walk away, where you can also meet other guests if you like. • We can arrange: transfers, car/boat/bike rental, private plane flights, guided tours, hikes, water sports training. • Extra cleaning • EARLY CHECK-INs and LATE CHECK-INs • Pets are welcome on request (€30) – please contact us in advance if you are bringing a pet so we can confirm this option.
