The rental includes a reserved, well lit, off street parking spot. I welcome short or long term rentals at multiple properties. The space Scranton Bachelor is centrally located to numerous attractions. Its less than a one mile walk from Downtown Scranton. Downtown Scranton has numerous restaurants, galleries, attractions, and a vibrant nightlife. Krispy Kreme Donuts is so close you smell them baking each morning. Montage Mountain parks and the Toyota Pavilion are less than 4 miles away. Mohegan Sun Pocono Casino is approximately 15 miles away. Guest access Guests are provided a private outdoor seating area within your fenced in space. The Outdoor Fire Place, Covered Porch and gardens are common areas on the property that may be used by other guests. Other things to note Please be aware the apartment does not include an oven, range, or large kitchen sink. You will find; 2 lg plates 2 small plates 2 bowls 4 assorted glasses 2 wine glasses plastic cutlery coffee asst tea creamer sugar, pink, coffee maker, filters There is only a stand up shower, no bathtub. There is not a couch in the apartment. Expect to see other individuals such as guests from other apartments, myself and my family, and possibly tradesmen on the property at any given time. FIRE PIT You are welcome to use the private outdoor fire place. Wood is provided, fire ignition materials are not. PARKING Included free parking is for 1 vehicle only.
