Wedderburn Castle is the perfect base to explore the Borders, North Northumberland, Edinburgh and the Lothians. Our magnificent bedrooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views. The castle is set in 80 acres of parkland and woodland. Locally, you can find country houses, windswept beaches, golf, surfing, off-road driving and boat trips. The castle has previously only been offered on an exclusive-use basis for events so this is a unique opportunity to stay in a special place. The space When you walk in the door at Wedderburn Castle you are greeted by the magnificent double staircase in the entrance hall. This leads to the castle reception rooms which combine grandeur and comfort. Bedrooms are luxurious and the stylish en-suite bathrooms are all modern and have massive baths and powerful showers. The castle has 24-hour heating provided by a ground-source eco-heating system but we can also light a fire in the drawing room on chilly nights. During your stay During your stay we will have a member of staff or family member present in a separate part of the building but we like to keep our presence very low-key to allow you to relax and enjoy the castle.
