Room in charming apartment on St Mihiel

Small charming apartment of 52 m², very bright since located on the 4th floor with an unobstructed view of the rooftops and gardens, a stone's throw from Rue Maréchal Joffre, a neighborhood full of restaurants and small shops. Close to the island of Versailles, you can stroll along the banks of the Erdre or visit the historic center of Nantes on foot. For those who want to discover Nantes by public transport, the Tramway is down the street (St Mihiel) and the C6 is at the foot of the building! The space On the fourth floor, close to the city center but in a quieter area, not far from the Erdre... Bright, pleasant, you will wake up with the birdsong, you can have breakfast facing the greenery and also enjoy it for an aperitif with the last rays of sunshine, or relax in the common garden! Guest access All common areas in the accommodation as well as the shared garden of the condominium. See you soon Other things to note To come from the train station, the easiest way is to go through the Jardin des Plantes if it is open or to go around it, allow 15-20 min on foot. From the airport, two solutions: airport shuttle for €9 to Gare Sud or a combination of bus 38 and a change at Pirmil for tram 2 (red line) (normal fare ticket €1.80 at the machine, €2.50 on the bus). Then take tram 2 towards Orvault-Grand Val and stop at the St Mihiel stop. Cross the St Mihiel bridge then go straight towards Rue Pitre Chevalier, you will pass in front of the Intermarché, continue straight ahead, pass in front of the Talma auction house, just before the light take the stairs on the left to go to 2 Rue François Joseph Talma (building on the corner of the street on the left when you look towards the St Donatien church at the top of the street). You walk along the building and it's the building at the very end, number A. Then the apartment is on the left on the 4th floor and top floor (no elevator), there is a key for the lock of the front door of the building and a key for the lock at the top of the door of the apartment.
