Big Sky Apartment is attached to our lovely lake-house in a great part of Tekapo. It is close to everything but quiet. There are stunning views of the mountains. We have Sky TV and free Wifi for your enjoyment. The apartment has its own separate entrance and a small outdoor patio including a table/chairs. Inside the apartment is a lounge-kitchenette, king bedroom and bathroom. It is doubled glazed, has heating/air conditioning and is equipped with everything travelers need. The space Big Sky Apartment is sunny, warm and carpeted. It has double glazed windows and heating/air conditioning. We have Sky TV and free Wifi. The bedroom is comfortable with a king sized bed. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, vanity, heated towel rail, bathroom heater and extractor fan. All your linen and essential toiletries are supplied. The kitchen area has two stove hotplates, a microwave, fridge and sink. There is a fry-pan, two pots, various kitchen equipment, toaster, and coffee and tea making facilities. We provide some breakfast, snack and fridge items and tea, coffee and sugar. The patio is private and sheltered. Parking is on the side of the road, on the grass verge directly in front of the apartment front garden. Self check-in using the key lock-box. Make yourselves at home. We hope you enjoy your stay in Lake Tekapo. CLEANING: We are taking extra care to clean and disinfect the apartment between each guest hosting. SELF CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: We have a key lock box for self check-in and self check-out. Guest access ACCESS: You have full access to all areas of the self contained apartment which include a lounge-kitchenette, a bedroom and bathroom. You have a private entrance and patio area. As we farm it is unlikely we will be at the house when you arrive, unless you request that we are there. We have a key lock box on the apartment patio wall which holds the apartment key. Approximately a month prior we will send you your unique access code for the lock box so you can get the key out for the apartment and self check in. SELF CHECK IN: You can SELF CHECK IN BY PUNCHING IN YOUR ACCESS CODE AND GETTING THE KEY FROM THE KEY LOCK BOX ON THE APARTMENT PATIO WALL. There is a picture diagram and instructions next to the key lock box. You will have to remember your access code as it is unique to you. To close the lock box you have to input your code again into the lock box keypad. SELF CHECK-OUT: Please switch off the lights, heating and extractor fans, shut the windows, lock the door and return the key to the key lock box as above, thanks. Other things to note PARKING is on the edge of the ROAD on the grass in front of the apartment garden. CHECK IN : Check in time is flexible - self check in using the key lock box CHECK OUT: 10am LATE CHECK OUT FEE : $50 after 10am unless late checkout is arranged prior SELF CHECK IN by getting the key out of the KEY LOCK BOX on the apartment patio wood panelling. You will be given a unique access code for the lock box prior to your arrival. This allows you to have secure access at ANYTIME of arrival. TO OPEN THE KEY LOCK BOX TAKES THREE EASY STEPS: Push bottom C (clear) button down, punch in the four digit access code, push down top button to open the key-box and get the key out. Repeat the process to shut the box after removing the key or when you are returning the key when you leave. CHECK OUT: Please switch off lights, heating and extractor fans, close windows and lock the door, returning the key to the lock box, thanks.
