Little Springfield - coast and country!

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley. The space A fully appointed luxury self-catering lodge in a beautiful setting down a 'no-through' country lane with far reaching countryside views and close to beaches and Bude town. Opposite the lodge is a paddock exclusively for our guests for parking and for picnics, barbecues and soft-ball games. In the lodge you’ll find brochures to help you decide where to visit as well as a selection of books for adults and children. You can also stream movies (Netflix, Prime, Apple etc.), with your own login details. A travel cot suitable for children up to 18 months is available on request. For older children a bed-guard is provided. Please refer to Amenities section for details of other facilities we provide. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on-site. We take our ecological responsibilities seriously and and ask that you help us by recycling your rubbish and keeping energy consumption down by switching off lights when you’re out and heaters when not needed. Guest access The lodge is a stand-alone building with access via French doors with key provided. There is a lock-box for convenient key access or we can greet you and provide a quick tour of the facilities! Other things to note We like to think we are friendly hosts with a good local knowledge. We are part of a rural community set between two farms so there are fields directly adjoining the lodge containing livestock (sheep and their lambs) at most times of the year so strictly no pets please. If you intend having day-visitors during your stay, please let us know beforehand. STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE ON-SITE.
