Located close to conveniences and the hospital - a perfect base to make your wonderful holiday memories. **Please read Pet Policy before booking** The space Recently updated, the cosy space can sleep up to 4 people and features a well equipped kitchen, separate bathroom (with shower over bath) and separate laundry. All linen is provided and a cot or high chair can be supplied upon request. Features WIFI, smart TV, R/C split system, BBQ, fully enclosed front & rear yards. Discount applies for weekly or long term stays. Rates are for 2 people, additional guests are $15pp per night, pets $10 per stay. Guest access The guest has access to the whole property. Other things to note Pet Policy: A pet gate will be set up between the laundry/bathroom area and the kitchen/living/bedroom areas to preserve the refurbished rooms. Your dog will be able to see into the living/kitchen area from the laundry/bathroom area. There are lead tie up points if required, in the laundry and under the front & rear verandahs. The front and rear yard are both separately secured. No pet items to be washed in the washing machine.
