All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority. Unwind in the brand new 6-person hot tub after a long day of hiking or exploring the city. Park up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway. Sip your morning coffee on the welcoming front porch with table and chairs. Enjoy the eclectic living area with cozy sleeper sofa and 42” TV with Roku (hulu, netflix and other apps). Share a meal in the dining room at the glass table with newly upholstered chairs and Colorado mountain wall painted by a local CoS artist. The chef in your group will be thrilled with the kitchen. Julia Childs would be envious of the stove pot filler, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, waffle maker, pots, pans, electric range and oven, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and dishwasher. We provide K-cups, creamer, sugar, tea, bottled water, and even some local Colorado soda in the fridge. Children's dinnerware, utensils and a high chair are provided for the little ones in your group. The master bedroom has a brand new super comfy king size mattress, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens. There is a 32” TV with Roku, room darkening curtains, and a walk-in closet. A pack-n-play and travel high chair are located in the master closet if needed for your little one. The jungle bedroom has a super comfy queen mattress, dresser, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and fresh linens. It sports fun monkey wallpaper and room darkening curtains for sleeping in while on vaca. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, lots of windows, and a sunny desk area if you need to get some work done. The bathroom is sparkling clean and we provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. We provide fast wifi and a bluetooth speaker for business travel. Lounge in the hot tub or relax in the comfy rocking chairs on the back patio under a lighted pergola. Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted on the patio and backyard. The grill is perfect for outdoor cooking on the grill nights, and sharing stories and s’mores around the firepit. The little white carriage house in the backyard is also an Airbnb that hosts 1-2 guests. We offer a discounted rate if you’re interested in booking both homes. HOT TUB: The hot tub is child locked for safety. We ask that a QR code is scanned and a liability agreement is signed before using. Once it is signed, it will automatically provide you with a code to unlock the hot tub. PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Colorado Springs Permit Number: STR#0636 Guest access Guests have exclusive access to to all parts of the house, front porch, driveway, hot tub and their own patio area. Please note: The fire pit area, herb gardens and grill are shared with a studio cottage in the back. The studio cottage also has their own private patio that you will not have access to. Other things to note The backyard is shared with the 1-2 guests who Airbnb the cottage in the backyard. Please inquire if you would like a discount for booking the cottage on the property as well as the main home. HOT TUB: The hot tub is child locked for safety. We ask that a QR code is scanned and a liability agreement is signed before using. Once it is signed, it will automatically provide you with a code to unlock the hot tub. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. The cost of the pet clean is collected via Airbnb. If your stay is longer than five days, we collect an additional fee depending on length of your stay once your reservation is confirmed. We are happy to host both you and your pets! ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Fees are collected for additional services (early check ins, late check outs, romantic packages, birthday packages, etc.) outside of the platform after confirmation. Because we are a co-host on the listing, we do not have access to funds for additional services sent through Airbnb, and for us to be able to book your extras, we need to receive payment directly for additional services.
