Parties are not allowed in the apartment, smoking is allowed. It is 5 minutes to Göztepe Metro Station, 2 minutes to Mithatpaşa Street and 3 minutes to the beach. Our apartment does not have a private car park. We can advise our guests who will be arriving by car to consider that there is a parking problem in the area during rush hour.
