Party is not allowed in the apartment, smoking is allowed. It is a 5-minute walk to Göztepe Metro Station, 2 minutes to Mithatpaşa Street and 3 minutes to the beach. Our apartment does not have a private parking lot. We can advise our guests who will travel by car to consider that there is a parking problem in the area during business hours.
