This guesthouse is a studio space with all the perks. It is detached from the main home and has a private entrance. We offer street parking (plenty of spots), no permits necessary on our street, which is convenient. There is only street cleaning on Mondays from 8 to 11 am, but you can still park on the other side of the street. We will be available for all our guests’ needs with limited interaction as their living area is totally separate and private. Centrally located, the guesthouse lies in a residential neighborhood close to Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Culver City, LAX, West Hollywood, and more. There’s easy access to the 10 freeway and public transit, and it’s a 20-minute drive to LAX. Dogs are welcome!
