House on the Wehr

Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2008 and converted into a vacation home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is in the immediate vicinity of the white Traun. With the in-house SUPs, both the Traun and the surrounding lakes can be perfectly explored. For tobogganing you will find 3 sleds by the house. Over 3 floors: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with seating area and a large wooden terrace with barbecue/fire bowl. The space The house from 1790 offers 110 square meters of space for up to 7 people. There are three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The room in the attic has an extra bed in addition to the double bed. The spacious wooden terrace is built directly above the canal of the white Traun. Breakfast with pleasant water splashing in the background and views of the surrounding mountains is ideal. The wooden terrace also offers the opportunity to end the evening with a cozy fire. If you like to cook, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils as well as a stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a mixer for baking, coffee maker, espresso maker and a Senseo pad machine. Of course, there is also a grill. The white Traun right outside the front door as well as the surrounding lakes such as Lake Chiemsee or the Weitseen can be explored with the 2 in-house stand-up paddle boards. With the mountain railways, the Unternbergbahn and the Hochfelln cable car, you can optimally explore the surrounding mountains in winter as well as in summer. At the house you will find 3 toboggan runs. The Winkelmoosalm-Steinplatte ski resort can be reached from the house in 20 minutes by car. If I do have a bad weather day during the holiday season, the wave pool in Ruhpolding offers an optimal port of call to spend this day with waves and saunas. Your four-legged friends are as welcome as you are. The terrace at the house is equipped with a lockable gate. Other things to note The price quoted is exclusive of the spa fee: €1.10/adult/night and €0.55/child (6-14 years)/night Pets are allowed only upon prior request. One-time fee of €50 per dog. From December to March: Electricity is billed according to consumption €0.4/kWh. The house is heated with electric heaters.
