Welcome to our villa, the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. From our home you can easily reach Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Portovenere and other beaches and places of interest. The Alta Via dei Monti Liguri hiking trail also starts right here in Ceparana, our town. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Animals welcome! We speak Italian, English and Chinese. The space Our rooms are spacious and comfortable, fitted with basic furniture and accessories, including wardrobe, bedstand, mirror, trash can and electric fan. Towels, bath products and hairdryer are provided. Guests have free access to our large garden. Parking space available on the patio. Guest access Guests have free access to the ground floor and first floor, and are welcome to relax in the living room, or go for a walk in our garden. The bathroom on the first floor, which contains a large and modern shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet, is reserved for guests. The toilet room on the ground floor, which contains a toilet, a bidet and a sink, is shared with the hosts. Common spaces are shared with guests from two other rooms. The kitchen on the ground floor can be used for a daily fee of €2. Guests can freely use oil, salt, spices and condiments, cooking utensils and dishes provided. Guests cannot access the second floor.
