Perfect for rural tourism and the beach (5 min drive). 35 minutes from Valencia, ideal for enjoying the countryside, beach and city The space Casa Gran is located in the old town, pedestrian area, near the Benavites Tower (national monument). The house has been carefully restored, preserving the charm of the old house, at the same time providing it with the infrastructures and services appropriate to today's comfort needs (central heating and air conditioning, wi-fi cable, pool...) Our country home comprises two independent spaces that share entrance and patio. The guest area has 4 rooms (1 double and 3 triple) around a large central room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, heating and AC. All rooms are rented to families/groups with exclusive use of a large living room with pool table and 50 Smart TV, kitchen-dining room with large windows to the patio, with barbecue, shade and access to common areas, garden area with garden furniture and pool. Guest access The stately entrance, with large arches, is common to both houses (guests and hosts). The patio has an exclusive area for guests with a table, barbecue and laundry, and an exclusive area for hosts with separate entrances to the garden. We give our guests priority use of the pool, only entering to do maintenance when it is not in use and respecting your privacy. Other things to note The popular Benavites parties are held on the last weekend of June and the first weekend of July; the Quartell parties are held the second half of July. During the holidays, on Fridays there is usually verbena (dance with popular music) and buoro embolado on Saturdays. To highlight: The International Guitar Festival "Joaquín Rodrigo" is held at the end of May with renowned classical and flamenco artists concerts.
