A charming apartment in the heart of Florence, just few steps from S.SPIRITO Square, PITTI PALACE, OLD BRIDGE and the main historical monuments. Recently renoved, it can easily accomodate up to 4 persons with all the comforts of home. Shops and amenities are all around ! This area with a wealth of artisans' workshop, little cafes and trattorias is called OLTRARNO It is no coincidence that in 2017 LONELY PLANET voted it one of the COOL NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE WORLD. Have fun !! The space Located on the first floor (12 steps) in an antic building, the apartment has recently been restored. The house (45 square meters - 485 square feet) can accommodate up to four people: ideal for a couple or a family. In the open space of the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The bedroom, particularly quiet, has a private bathroom with shower. All the best sites (Santo Spirito, Boboli, Palazzo Pitti, Duomo, Santa Croce, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio) are easily reachable on foot. Restaurants, supermarkets and other services you may need are a few steps away. Central and perfect for visiting Florence walking through the historic center of the city and, for those who love shopping, there are the ateliers of the most famous Italian designers. Florentine art, history and style: a unique place for your home away from home. Guest access The apartment is in a very quiet street. You'll have complete access to the whole apartment, and all the facilities that will make your stay very pleasant : you'll feel at home from the first moment, and everything you may need for your stay is just there for you ! There is a well-equipped kitchen including Gas stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster . All of the furnishing have been cured in the minimum details. In order to garantee a pleasant stay to our guests are offered: free internet, a tv and a steam iron. Also we provide : bed and bath linen, soap, bath foam and shampoo - coffee, sugar, tea and olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
