Port, Old Colonial House, Hope Cove. Fabulous 4 bedroom property with stunning panoramic sea views. Great location, only 2 mins walk from the beach and village centre, with its 2 pubs and Village Shop / Post Office. Recently refurbished and extended, the property provides a large vaulted room for the kitchen / dining and living area, with amazing direct views over the beach and harbour. Both master bedrooms (1 King, 1 Double) have ensuites.. The space Rooms: 1 Double with Ensuite 1 King bed with Ensuite 1 x Twin bedroom 1 x Bunk beds plus single cabin bed * 1 x family bathroom with shower over bath 1 x Large kitchen / diner / lounge area 1 x terrace 20sq m. The lawn in front of the terrace is steep, so small children will need to be supervised. Up to 2 dogs welcome (£25 surcharge per dog) *the upper beds on the bunk bed and the cabin bed are recommended for children aged 6 and over Usual changeover is Friday, but can be changed if applying for short breaks, arrival from 16:00, or earlier if housekeeper has finished. Checkout by 10.00 Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Weekend and midweek breaks are available one month in advance. One private car parking space; for large groups with more than one car, free spaces available on the lane approaching the property. Please Note: April 2023 update - The Cottage Hotel adjacent to us has carried out major building work 2018 to 2022. The new part of the hotel is now complete. At some point in the future more modernisation is expected, which shouldn't impact on us greatly, however some noise is possible. I will update this section when I am advised of any pending building works. Guest access Guests have sole use of the entire house, which is all on one level- ground floor Accessibility: The property is all on one level, with a standard threshold step into the property and one step from the house onto the terrace. The driveway is gravel, that leads onto a paved entrance to the property, but all on one level. If you wish to walk into the village, it is a 4 minute walk, with 12 steps on the south west costal path. If you wish to avoid these steps you can drive into the village and park in the main car park (but please make sure you keep your ticket as it is notorious for being fine happy) Other things to note Security Deposit £150
