This light and airy villa is air conditioned and is in a very quiet peaceful secluded situation set in pine forest and olive groves with lovely beaches and spectacular walks nearby. Quality bakery, coffee shop and mini market 5 mins by car. Bus stop 10 mins walk. The space Large private parking at rear with secure gates offering complete privacy Villa Sikia is not overlooked by neighbours and is situated in a peaceful wooded valley .Very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with large walk in shower and uk- style plumbing ! Shady garden terrace with dining area and comfortable seating . The pool itself is quite deep and refreshing on the hottest of days. Large pool terrace with comfortable loungers, outdoor dining table/chairs for six. Large gas bbq and refreshing outdoor shower available. Great 4G access too ! Guest access Whilst most guests access the Villa with their own vehicle, it would be possible to arrive/leave by taxi and then use local buses. Preveza airport is 50 minutes away and approx 65 Euros for a taxi to the villa . Wonderful for walking and off/on road biking -bike hire 5 Euros/day Nydri Dessimi beach 5 mins by car with 3 lovely tavernas offering SUP boards, boat hire, and fantastic snorkelling in the caves. Cruiser hire daily or weekly in Nydri available. Dinghy/ catamaran /windsurfer hire at Nikiana for beginners and Vassiliki for the better sailors. Other things to note Care needed when accessing Villa Sikia by car as the cement track is rough in places . It is a fairly easy 10-15 min walk to the bus stop.
