The second bathroom is conveniently located near the other 3 bedrooms, which have a queen bed (also with a TV), a full bed, and a twin bed, respectively. There is also a desk in the fourth bedroom. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The dining area and living space create a welcoming atmosphere, decorated in a modern style with contemporary furniture that is consistently refreshed. You'll have access to a full-size washer and dryer, and the house features ceramic and laminate flooring throughout (no carpets or rugs). All essentials are provided. Private parking is also available for your convenience. The house is located in a rapidly growing area, directly across from a large park and near major freeways. You'll find popular restaurants and shops all around. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the garage is not available for parking, you can easily access it from the inside to use the washer and dryer at your convenience. Please note that a garage door remote is not provided.
