We ask all of our guest to respect those norms and believes. Loud Music/Behavior: Rowdy, loud behavior and playing of loud music is not permitted in our neighborhood. If you chose to use your devices to play music, please keep it on low volume and please ensure to TURN IT OFF during the “Call for Prayer” which occurs five times a day, earliest one starting at sunrise. Respecting Ramadan: While traveling during Ramadan is a great opportunity to discover Islamic culture, it does require some understanding of what to expect. For instance, generally, it is expected that you show respect by avoiding eating and drinking in public places. Clothing: In cosmopolitan cities, such as Marrakech the dress code is more relaxed, although it is always a good rule to be mindful of having shoulders and above the knee covered up. Tipping: In Morocco is customary, so you will be expected to leave a few Dirham in a number of places during your travels through the country.
