Location, Location! Inverter powered home immune from load shedding. Located right next to the Knysna Waterfront, it is the ideal base to explore town (a 10 minute walk away) or go on a scenic boat trip on the lagoon from the Waterfront. The room has a balcony which offers a beautiful view over the marina when enjoying your morning coffee or evening sundowners. There is fine dining at the Waterfront, in the immediate vicinity of the Waterfront and at Thesen Island (a short 10 minute walk away). The space The space: The bedroom is up stairs on the first floor with a bathroom en-suite. There is a shower, wash hand basin and toilet in the bathroom. A large glass sliding door opens up the view of the marina and to the small balcony. Ample built-in wardrobe storage is available. The room has a 60cm TV with Netflix and YouTube availability. A convenient bar fridge is handy to store refreshments. A kettle for making tea and coffee is provided. The property is access controlled and has secure onsite parking. The accommodation is ideally suited to a maximum of two guests wishing to explore all the attractions offered in the area. The accommodation is shared with the host who lives there permanently. My apartment comprises a small courtyard, toilet, kitchen, dining room, lounge and patio on the ground floor. The first floor comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a loft fitted out with two single beds. Guest access The Guests have access to the shared outside patio facilities. PLEASE NOTE: No kitchen facilities are provided. Laundry washing and drying facilities are available at a R75 additional cost per load. During your stay I work from home so am here most of the time to answer any questions and chat about all the things to do in the area. Other things to note If you arrive by bus: All the intercity buses (direction from Cape Town or Port Elizabeth) stop at the Waterfront which is a short 5 minute walk to the Knysna Quays entrance. Breakfast: No breakfast is served. Many restaurants at the Waterfront serve breakfast between 8 to 11am.
