A bright and spacious 3 bedroom home with private pool centrally located approximately 50 metres up from the famous Hout Bay Manor hotel in a private secure residential complex, close to beach, shops and restaurants! The space The villa is situated in a secure small residential complex located a short walk or drive from the beach and amenities in the area. The spacious lounge/dining area offers a large amount of natural lighting and the sliding doors lead out onto a private garden and pool area and a separate balcony with mountain views. The pool area comes complete with sun loungers, a seating area and a Weber braii. The open-planned lounge/dining room offers a fireplace, three sofas, a dining table complete with seating for eight people and a flat-screen TV with DSTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and refrigerator. There are three bedrooms each furnished. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and is an en-suite complete with toilet, sink, bath and shower. The second & third bedroom are located downstairs. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Aswell as the two bedrooms downstairs there is also a bathroom complete with toilet, sink, bath and shower and next to the bathroom is the laundry room which consists of a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wifi is available however it is limited. There is parking for two vehicles inside the complex, one can be parked on the driveway of the house and the other in the car parking spaces within the gated complex, access to the garage is not available for guests. Wifi is available but limited. South Africa is not as advanced as Europe with regards to high speed limitless WiFi. Please refrain from streaming when at the house and download TV shows before arrival.
