Ocean View Everview Pension (EverView) Bedroom

This is a studio-type bedroom (9 sqm).You can see Eulwangri Beach at a glance from the ocean view room. (OTT service is available from February 25! Netflix, Disney, etc.) You must log in to your personal account. Room amenities - TV, air conditioner, induction, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, cooking utensils, cutlery, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body, 4 towels provided ※ There is no rice cooker or coffee pot in the room. If you need it, please contact the pension manager. Guest access You can use the supplies in the room and all cooking utensils and cutlery. Other things to note ※ We will inform you of the precautions for Everview Pension. - Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out is 11am. -Only customers who have booked the pension are allowed to enter. -Bottled water is not provided. (However, there is a common water purifier in the lobby on the 1st floor and in the barbecue area on the 5th floor.) -Smoking is prohibited in the guest room and is only allowed in designated areas. -There is no electric rice cooker or coffee pot in the room. If you need it, please tell the pension keeper after entering. - Fish and meat cannot be cooked in the room. -Use of candles and balloons for parties is prohibited due to the risk of fire and damage to the room. (You may be charged for repairs in case of damage to the wallpaper and room.) -When you leave, please organize the room, turn off the lights, and separate the garbage. -The location of the separate collection area is on the left when you take the elevator and go out the stair door on the 2nd floor. -Due to the risk of fire, it is difficult to bring personal grill equipment from outside into the pension. -Barbecue is available at the rooftop barbecue area on the 5th floor. (Cooling and heating facilities) -Barbecue hours are from 18: 00 to 22: 00 *Barbecue (charcoal & grill) cost: 20,000 won for 2 people, 5,000 won per additional person (no outside charcoal allowed) ※ Please note when traveling with a dog -Everview Pension is a dog-friendly pension, not a dog-only pension, and only one small dog under 10kg per room is allowed (up to 2 dogs per room/10,000 KRW per dog) -Pet supplies must be prepared separately. -It must be potty trained, and children who are marking (area marking) and urinating must wear a manner belt indoors. (Please note that cleaning costs will be incurred when marking on room furniture or props without wearing a manner belt!) -Since there are people staying without dogs, you need to take care of them so that other guests in the room are not disturbed, and please take special care of dogs that shed a lot of fur. -You must go out with your dog. * Please request a pet ticket so that it can be a happy memory for each other.
