Renovated large Charente house of 180 m2 with 4 bedrooms and its private salt pool for 8 people. Completely renovated, located 10 minutes from Saint-Jean-d'Angély, our large house is an ideal holiday place to visit the area and enjoy the calm of the surrounding countryside. The space Spacious accommodation with all comforts (swimming pool, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, carport, outdoor living room, sun loungers...) all in a quiet environment in the countryside. - A large 37 m2 living room with wood stove with 2 sofas - A large dining room of 35 m2 - A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - Two modern and new bathrooms (each with shower, sink, toilet) - Toilets downstairs - Washer - Four bedrooms for two people - A large completely enclosed garden - A salt pool of 7 m x 4 m secured is entirely reserved for you with sunbeds - Hammock and hammock chair - A garden table under a shaded gazebo by the pool - A charcoal barbeque Guest access The house, pool and enclosed garden are entirely reserved for you. No pool or garden to share! Children under 2 are welcome, but we note that there is a staircase inside the accommodation that serves the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. During the summer, we prefer to welcome you on Saturday. For the months of July and August, we will not be able to accept rentals of less than 7 days for logistical reasons. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note We just invested in mattresses for better sleeping as well as a high chair and an umbrella bed for the youngest. The cottage has just been equipped with swinging double glazed windows for better comfort as well as an induction cooker to save time in the kitchen! We have installed a hammock and hammock chair for your siestas in the shade of the trees! The garden lighting has just been redesigned to enjoy your evenings in a warm atmosphere. Our friends the animals, even small and/or leashed, are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
