Independent apartment, on the ground floor of a villa located in a maritime pine forest, in the first row on the sea-side and a few steps away from the beach. Large garden with plants and flowers, driveway and pedestrian gate for access to the beach. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, large living room with confortable sofas, kitchen area, bathroom with shower, closet and a small balcony. The apartment is fresh and bright, has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture and appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the apartment you will find among other things moka and Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, TV, electric kettle, air conditioning and fan; A/C can be used when necessary as heating system. A house Wi-Fi network is available. Sets of sheets and sets of towels are available on request, at a price of €15 per person for the sheets and 15€ for each set of towels. One set of towels includes one large towel for shower, one towel for hands and one small towel. On request there is a cot with sides for babies with mattress, plus a baby-chair for children up to 5 years, both included in the rental fee. Blankets and electric heaters are also available on request, included in the rental fee. The large garden is equipped with tables, chairs, hot shower, 2 garden sinks, BBQ with relevant accessories, hammock and garden swing. A beach umbrella, 2 mats and 2 beach chairs are available to guests included in the price. In the evening the garden is lighted by solar lamps. There is also a small vegetable garden with herbs for cooking, available to guests. Through the garden of the villa you can access with a few steps to a beautiful beach with sand, rocks and crystal-clear water. Guest access Guests can park their car in the private area of the villa. The apartment has a double entrance: a sea side entrance leads directly to the garden and to the pedestrian driveway towards the beach, the other entrance provides convenient access to the private car park. Other things to note The price of the apartment includes the tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Orosei, equal in 2025 to 1€ per person per day, for all guests with the exception of children under 12.
