Spacious house with garden, by the sea

This light and airy three bedroom apartment is situated in a large garden which gives direct access to the sea. The large balcony, which opens out from the well appointed kitchen and master bedroom, offers splendid views across the bay to Mount Taygetos and down the coast to the village of Petalidi. The garden has private entrance to the sea via a ladder; although there is only a little beach the sea bed is sandy and very shallow for several meters out and so is ideal for all ages to swim. The space In front of the property is a large garden which surrounds the house and the well with many fruit trees such as figs, plums and olives. The garden has a bamboo sea-front sitting area in which the guests are welcome to relax under, either in the shade of the olive trees or for sun-bathing. The apartment is only five minutes by foot to the square of Petalidi which has many shops, cafes, bakeries and taverns. Guest access There is no wheelchair access to the property which has a private entrance via stairs. Although the most direct route to the sea is via the ladder, there is also a ramp down to the beach further up the road if this is preferred.
