City of Rocks Retreat, Large open floor Apartment

The closest place to enjoy the City of Rocks National Reserve and Castle Rocks State Park. Our fully furnished, open floor apartment is a clean, relaxing, comfortable place to stay only minutes from the best rock climbing, hiking, and biking. Ductless in-room heat pump with cold A/C and heat. The space We have tried to think of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. The full kitchen should have all you need to cook and prepare meals for 6 people. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, bowls, etc. have all been supplied. The kitchen table has 2 additional leaves that will expand it to seat more people. Children are welcome in addition to the 6 adults. There is lots of floor space. The TV swivels either direction for easy viewing in bed or from the table. You can log into your Netflix, Amazon, or YouTube account and enjoy all your favorite shows or Amazon movie rentals. WiFi is fast and reliable for video streaming or work away from home. New BBQ grill. The open floor plan is like a studio but bigger. It has 2 comfy queen beds as well as a queen sofa bed. Guest access The apartment is yours as well as the area around the deck. Across the gravel drive directly opposite the deck is an area with a fire pit and picnic table for recreation and parking. Fires are allowed unless seasonal restrictions say otherwise. Please park off the drive on the grass opposite the deck. Other things to note To accommodate our renters with allergies, no pets are allowed in the apartment. Dogs can be kept in a kennel under the deck. Pets must be leashed at all times as they are not allowed to wander the property. The hosts live in the brick house directly behind the apartment and there are tenants below you in a downstairs apartment as well. Cell phone coverage is limited as we are in a rural area. AT&T has great coverage but others like Verizon are limited. AT&T coverage in the apartment may be sketchy with metal siding but should be fine near a window or on the deck. Wifi calling works with most smart phones.
