We are licensed real estate agents (off site letting agency) that are located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just at the bottom of the Cosmopolitan Building, within a couple of minutes’ walk of all of our apartments. If you arrive outside office hours we have a locked box cut into the window of our office which we give you the code for your day of arrival. Just open the locked box and there will be an envelope in there with your name on it with keys and instructions. It is very easy. Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and on weekends our staff are in and out of the office all day as well. Other things to note As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap.
