Beautiful well-equiped gite close to amenities

Aou Roques gite is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by farmland and with distant views of the Pyrenees. The small town of Plaisance is just five minutes by car with an two supermarkets, weekly street market and a range of shops, entertainment and amenities. The wine growing regions of Madiran and Saint Mont are a short distance away and the Pyrenees can be reached in just over an hour. The area is great for cycling and walking and renowned for its many festivals in summer. The space This cottage at the edge of the village and is itself quite private. There is one large bedroom, a dining/living room with log burning stove, TV with UK and French TV, a modern bathroom with shower and well-resourced kitchen. The property is separate from the main house and has a private garden area. Wifi is available. 1 well-behaved dog or cat is welcome ( more subject to agreement with owners) Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the gite and the gite garden area and have access to the swimming pool by agreement. Other things to note We have bikes for use by guests and with which one can easily access the nearby town of Plaisance and other villages such as Madiran or for use along the Sentier de l'Adour path.
