Centrally Located Family Home w/Hot Tub & Yard

Our family home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Minutes from the 290, the airport, University at Buffalo (UB) North & South Campuses, Main Street & Williamsville. 15-20 minutes to downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. You’ll love our place because you'll feel right at home, the beautiful modern kitchen, and the light in the back sun room. All the amenities of home.. My place is good for families (with kids), business travelers, and furry friends (dogs). The space The space has been fully renovated in every way with beautiful hardwoods throughout the entire space. Each room has a memory foam bed with plenty of dresser and closet space. The downstairs full bathroom, has is a standard tub/shower combo, while the 2nd floor master bathroom has standing shower. Multiple living spaces, and a small office reading nook upstairs for working remotely. The 2nd floor master suite allows for a nice retreat after a long day, after a relaxing dip in hot tub, a window nook for reading or work, and a spacious bed with tv for a movie or show. The nursery currently has a twin bed, (no crib as shown), however we can provide a pack n' play upon request. The modern open kitchen features up to date amenities, kitchen pots, pans, a coffee maker, instant hot water for tea or oatmeal, and touchless faucet. The lights here are motion sense, so they will turn on and off when not in use. Our house comes equipped with a Tesla Charging port, should you need it on your travels. And the hot tub in the backyard is available for guest use year round. Pool/Hot Tub Towels also available. For those with Dogs, dogs may be allowed, and there is a dog door in the sun room that allows access to the fenced in privacy back yard. We just ask that you please pick up after your dogs before you leave. The property does come with snow removal which will include the driveways and walkways and side walk as needed. (Shovel is available if needed). Guest access This listing is for a full house, there will be an area in the basement off limits with owners personal belongings. Everything else out is available for our guests use.
