The kitchen area has everything you will need for a perfect staycation catering experience. There is a downstairs toilet and shower. Upstairs there’s a comfortable king-sized bed on the mezzanine level, accessed via a character spiral staircase Guest access Tramways is a private detached holiday cottage in the grounds of the main property. There is parking for up to two cars on our private driveway, outside Tramways’ front door, making it easy to unpack and start your holiday. The upstairs mezzanine level bedroom area is only accessible via a spiral staircase. Strictly non-smoking and pet free space. Please see photos. Other things to note Tramways is an easy 25-minute drive to Falmouth with its lovely beaches; north coast beaches such as Hayle (25 mins), and St Ives (35 mins). Truro is just 15 mins away and beauty spots such as The Minnack Theatre, the Eden Project and the Lizard Peninsular are all less than an hour’s drive.
