The Loft is a Charming Inner city pad and a fantastic place to base yourself whilst exploring Hobart. With two buildings and multiple accomodation configurations, the loft is appropriate for a couple, couples, solo adventurers and small groups of up to 4! The space This property has been setup as the perfect getaway for 2 or 4. Exposed timber rafters and brick work give this inner city pad a warm feel. The master bedroom in the main house is a mezzanine floor over looking the lounge with comfortable queen bed and Ensuite. The second bedroom is downstairs off the kitchen and can be completely closed off if need be, has a comfortable queen bed and ensuite. There is a large dining area coming off an open kitchen with breakfast bar, and large lounge room opening out onto the deck and hot tub. There is a separate building/Annex on the property. PLEASE NOTE CURRENTLY I USE THE ANNEX OCCASIONALLY WHEN IN HOBART. THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN PRICED ACCORDINGLY. PREVIOUSLY GROUPS OF 6 COULD RENT THE HOUSE AND ANNEX TOGETHER HENCE THE REVIEWS FOR GROUPS OF 6.The two buildings only share the out door areas, If I am here you may see me in passing when entering or leaving the property, or if you’d like to share a drink in the courtyard. Otherwise there is no need to interact. Guest access Depending on the booking number guests will have access to the buildings they require by code access. All areas are accessible. Other things to note Strictly no parties. This is my home when it’s not let, so please be respectful of my neighbours and my home.
