Close to Sydney Uni, Chinatown, theatres and Sydney attractions and beaches. It is ideal for family or friend groups up to 5 people. An elegant art filled terrace house My house is famous for great meals and conversations. Guest contribute to the costs and effort of cooking I will do the cooking for you if I am home. The space You may choose to have a single private room or to take all three. This is a well-functioning house with all modern conveniences available to guests including wifi, espresso coffee, fans in bedrooms (or air con). It has a chefs kitchen which you are free to use. If you give me some notice and contribute to the cost of ingredients plus time and energy I can cook for you. Come and go as you please there are no curfews and very few rules except to be kind and enjoy yourself. If you need assistance I will always try and help. Guest access You will be sharing a kitchen, lounge and dinning rooms and laundry with the host, guests have a dedicated bathroom. During your stay My goal is for my guests to have wonderful time in my home consistent with their wishes. I can socialise, inform, or give them space. It’s their call, I have deep knowledge of Sydney, Australia. I am multilingual speaking passable, Italian, Indonesian, French and minimal but useful German. Other things to note The host is a keen cook and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have the option of dining with the host on a cost contribution basis, a wide range of cuisines can be cooked including Italian. French, Australian, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese and Indonesian. Guests can buy there own wine or beverages. This is a dog friendly house. For seniors please be aware that the guest bathroom has shower in bath setup which may be challenge for those with mobility issued. Please discuss with host if this is a concern.
