Lion House is a private property with a large pool for your exclusive use and beautiful gardens within the seaside village of Sivota, Lefkada, The house benefits from lovely views across the bay which can be enjoyed across the property including the large balconies by each bedroom and the patio above the pool. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach, shops, pharmacy, bars, boutique cafes and tavernas surrounding the harbour, just below the house. It has secure off road parking at the house. The space The property benefits from air conditioning in both bedrooms and the central living space. There are two tables for eating outside, one directly in front of the kitchen's French windows, under the vines, and another above the pool, beside the built-in barbecue. A third is inside the living area. Both bedrooms can be made up as either double beds or pairs of singles - just let us know which you prefer. All windows and French doors have shutters and fly screens. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request. There's secured parking on the property. There are stairs in the property and in the garden. The pool is fenced in for children. The whole property is gated and fenced. Guest access The entire property is for your personal use with the exception of the basement which is used for storage. Other things to note The property also has an air fryer.
