The Domaine des Forges offers this cottage which is for 4 people and has a private living room and a dining room/kitchen where you can gather with 8 people. The space You will love this lovely house for its calm and stone. This old Forges building will be a perfect place for couples, families (with children). The enclosed 5 ha park will be conducive to small walks. Located in the heart of the Erdre Valley, on the edge of the Provostière pond classified Natura 2000, you will be spoiled for choice to explore all the hiking trails. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace, while enjoying the garden and countryside. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. A baby cot is provided if needed. The house also has a bathroom with toilet. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the rental amount. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants or available with additional fees on site (€75). Please bring your own pool towels. The swimming pool, terrace and garden are secured by a veranda closed at night and by a hedge around the garden. Please note for last-minute bookings that the indoor pool takes a little time to return to a temperature of 27 to 28°C. Outside the period from April to September inclusive, please ask us in advance about the opening of the pool during your stay. The pool is always open and heated during school holidays, Christmas and New Year. Parking is available on site. No smoking inside. A deposit of 500 euro will also be requested by "uncashed" check and returned upon checkout. Guest access You will have access to the indoor heated swimming pool between 27 and 29°C almost all year round, which is shared. Closed in January and February. Outside the period from April to September inclusive, please ask us in advance about the opening of the pool during your stay. The pool is always open and heated during school holidays, Christmas and New Year. It is closed at night for safety reasons, especially for your children. It is a "natural disinfection" saltwater pool. We monitor the water chemistry every day for your health, and we are checked by the ARS periodically to ensure optimum swimming quality.
