We have two cabins located about 100 yards from the river. Enjoy the river trail, hammocks, and chairs by the river or just sit on a rock in the rapids and enjoy nature's massage! Parking is available at the cabin and has two covered decks - one screened. A private campfire ring with free firewood and a charcoal grill are next to cabin. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and river access. We have a trail along 1200 ft of the river with hammocks, chairs, and a dining table on the river bank . We enjoy meeting and visiting, but give guests the degree of privacy they desire. We live in Unicoi County which in Cherokee means "Valley Beautiful". If needed, we can arrange transportation with private shuttle operators to local sites and hiking trailheads. Though we love animals, we do not allow animals due to the following: proximity to our free range chickens, possible allergies of other guests, our own allergies when cleaning the cabin, our own dogs not being friendly to other pets, and our grandkids' allergies when they stay in the cabin. We do have an exemption from AirB&B to not allow service animals. There is no smoking in the cabins or on cabin decks.
