Stunning Lakefront Room in the treetops has a breathtaking view of paradise on Lake Norrell. A king size bed & large bath. The top floor is your private space to renew & relax your body, soul & mind. There is a 2nd bedroom on your floor with a queen bed for extra fee $40 pp per night. No pets allowed on this floor. Breakfast @ 9 a.m. Sunday at 8 a.m. Between Little Rock & Hot Springs. High Speed WiFi Hosts on property Must climb stairs No pets, no smoking inside or drug use The space Our Bed & Breakfast is located on Lake Norrell, ( Norr'ell) in Alexander, Arkansas. A 188 acre lake & 177 ft. deep. A get away haven for businessmen, honeymooners, lake lovers, fishermen and relaxation seekers. It's a secluded spot on a stocked lake (for him) wonderful views and charming decor (for her). Home cooked breakfast for you both. The guest floor is upstairs from the main level & very private. There are 2 bedrooms on your floor which share the bathroom. The King bedroom is what you booked. If you want to use the other queen bedroom on that floor it has extra fee $40 pp per night This 3 story bed & breakfast is NOT handicap accessible. There are 4 sets of stairs. The kitchen, dining, living room, laundry and a gas grill on the porch of the middle level are all SHARED areas. We use internet apps for TV, like: You Tube TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime. We DO have High Speed Internet & WiFi including a booster for your connectivity. If you would like to bring your boat please contact us for specific instructions on boat ramp and storage information. Lakeside lounge chairs, beach towels, rafts, tubes for lake enjoyment are provided. Kayaks are $25 each per day Steep driveway is a circle drive- you never have to back up. Your daytime guests are welcome, however special parking has to be arranged. Please talk to us about your plans. Your visitor’s hours are 11 am to 8 pm. We are 30 minutes from Benton, and 45 minutes to downtown Little Rock & 60 minutes to Hot Springs Guest access Your welcome to use the whole house except the master bedroom/bath and the floor you did not book. If you want to use the grill or kitchen just let us know so we can make arrangements for your time. We have High Speed Internet. A outdoor dining table seats 4, also a refrigerator & lake toys are located on the lower covered porch. Beach towels, tubes, rafts, and deck lounge chairs. There is a 40 inch smart TV in the Stunning Lakefront Paradise Room. However we also have a 60 inch ultra high definition 4K TV with sound bar/subwoofer on the shared main level. Covered parking for 1 vehicle in carport on Right side. If you need extra parking please contact us before your arrival date. There is a free public boat ramp 3 miles from our home to access Lake Norrell. However, You can put in your own kayaks or canoes in the lake from our dock. If you want to bring your boat you MUST call us to discuss options. Swimming and fishing off the dock is encouraged, but there are NO lifeguards or hand rails. Please bring your own fishing equipment and bait. You must supervise your own children for safety and provide safety equipment for their size. During your stay Please tell us how we can make your stay most enjoyable. Our feelings won’t be hurt if your looking for real seclusion! My husband William doesn’t know a stranger and has interesting things to say just about most anything, but we can be quiet as well. We provide a full breakfast each morning. If you have food preferences please let us know in advance by answering the breakfast questionnaire which is sent before your arrival. If you want to cook your own meals while staying here please arrange your kitchen time or gas grill use with us the day you plan to use the cooking spaces. Clean up after yourselves. Dishwasher available. The lower floor is pet friendly but no pets have used your floor. Other things to note We live 11 - 18 miles to a grocery store or gas station. Come prepared. Dining in Benton or West Little Rock are about 25/35 minutes away. A plethora of restaurants and shops on Chenal Parkway in Little Rock are about 35 minutes away. Magazines, books in the room are for your pleasure. Arkansas has some of the best rated drinking water in US. We have patio furniture and lounge chairs on the porches and on the swimming dock for your use. There are beach towels, rafts, tubes, and extra chairs on the covered porch. We have two 10ft (Sit on Top) Kayak rentals for $25 each per day. The lounge chairs can stay on the dock during your stay. But any belongings must be brought up to covered porch when your finished for the day. We sometimes have strong winds that might blow towels etc....in the lake. Only use plastic or paper containers while on the dock or on the porches. You may leave the wet towels in the bathroom or leave them in the laundry room. Clean beach towels are available everyday. The steps down to the lake are rustic made out of railroad ties WITHOUT a handrail. Be careful and please take children by the hand. They have different heights and depths. Smoking outside with empty water bottle for disposal of butts is permitted. Do not discard butts or trash in the yard or in the lake. If other guests are sharing the outdoor space please ask about smoking around them. Please don’t put items in the outdoor garbage can. If you need to dispose of things, please use bins or kitchen bin. If you leave food or food containers on the porch the raccoons will think it's an invitation. We do NOT have Uber PICK UP but we now have PIZZA DELIVERY from Larry’s Pizza in Salem. If you need a ride to or from the airport we can do that for a $20 fee. (No more than 4 people)
