Charming renovated family house in the mountains in the village of Trétien, near Marécottes, in the municipality of Salvan in the Trient Valley. 25 minutes by train and 20 minutes by car from Martigny; 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Chamonix (France) and Mont Blanc. Comfortable for a couple, pleasant for 2 couples, ideal for a family with children. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden and terrace. We still live in the village. We're here for you during your stay. The space 90 m2 at your disposal on 2 floors. 3 bedrooms, 6 beds (2 double beds and 2 single beds). 2 toilets, 1 shower and 1 bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave). Fondue stove, pancake maker, coffee machine. A large cozy living-dining area leading to a terrace to eat outside on sunny days and relax there. 2 private gardens to relax. In the basement, a laundry room with a washing machine is at your disposal. This is an old house, the ceiling height is low in the living room (190 cm). Accommodation on 2 floors. On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room, shower toilet. On the 1st: 3 bedrooms, bathtub toilet. Guest access Public parking for cars 100 meters away. The train station, on the Martigny-Chamonix line, is 300 meters away (be careful of the sloping path). No shops (no store, no restaurant) in the village of Trétien. Remember to do your shopping before you arrive. Shops 10 minutes' drive to Salvan (grocery store, bakery, restaurants) or Marécottes (grocery store, restaurants). Other things to note The house is partially built of wood, please be careful with fire. - No candles. - Smoking on the balcony or terrace. 1 hr 15 min by train to Chamonix and Mont Blanc.
