Another Place

'Another Place' is a one bedroom cottage situated on a small secure equestrian centre. Four legged friends are more than welcome, just let us know when booking. Its beautiful location is perfect for exploring the Sefton Coast. A securely fenced dog area is available on site for allowing the dogs to run and toilet off lead, we do however insist that all dogs are kept on a lead when exploring the property. The space Turning left just outside the main gates takes you on a field track with no cars- ideal for dogs! We do ask that dogs are not left unattended loose in the property. Sited on South Moss Stud, Formby Equestrian is primarily an equestrian centre providing high class livery. The property is 17 acres and is secure. All the stables are brick built in an American style barn. We have our own bunch of exceptionally friendly animals who always welcome some extra cuddles, including ponies, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs, a number of very happy chickens, ducks, a few sheep... and Winnie - our pig. Not to mention the wildlife! Guests have access to all areas and are welcome to explore. Children must be supervised at all times due to the close proximity of animals, machinery and equipment. Wifi is available and passwords supplied in the welcome book. This Cottage is adjacent to 'Formby Point', which is an almost identical cottage. There is a lockable, insulated interconnecting door, making the two of them ideal to join together to accommodate two couples or a family. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations 1 bedroom with an en-suite shower room, open plan kitchen with dining table and living area. 1 Bedroom with a Double Bed and ensuite shower room, a child under 12yrs can be accommodated free of charge on a Z bed The cottage is south facing and opens on to green space where animals roam free. Guest access Although the whole property is on one level and the cottage is spacious, the grass area outside the cottage can be uneven. Other things to note 1. No smoking in the cottage or anywhere near the barns 2. Please keep animals off the furniture 3. Pets to remain on lead at all times 4. Children must be with a adult when around the animals Additional Notes: There is plenty of outside seating. Please be aware of neighbours in other cottages. Guests are welcome to have visitors but please let us know and be sure that the too know the rules. Visitors cars must be left in the car park
