Designed for comfort and ease, it features a wood stove, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso, and more). Perfect for families with babies and children — changing table, travel cots, toys, books, safety gates, and all the essentials await. Enjoy the sunny south-facing garden and peaceful terrace among blooming roses. The Toulindac sailing base is only a 3-minute walk away for sailing, paddleboarding, or windsurfing. Within 10 minutes on foot: restaurants, crêperie, rotisserie, bakery, and the pier to the Morbihan islands. Local markets and producers are just a short drive away. Golf, horseback riding, and tennis nearby. Vannes and Auray 15 min away, Quiberon and Carnac 30 km, Nantes airport 110 km, Lorient 40 km — your perfect Breton escape awaits! Guest access The house has a large living room on the ground floor with an open kitchen, living room with wood stove, dining room, reading room, laundry room and toilet. On the floor, 2 nice rooms with wardrobe, and a nice functional bathroom with tub. The first bedroom has a king size bed with TV, and the other one has 2 single beds which can be joined to have a queen size bed. The bedding is new and excellent quality. No parking but you can park easily in front of the house. Other things to note Minimum 4 nights stay from September to June Minimum 7 nights stay in July and August, only from Saturday to Saturday. Housekeeping (automatically included when booking): 50 euros. Bed Linen included but towels is on option on request: 10 euros/person. Please note that once your reservation is confirmed, a rental contract will be signed. House non-smoking inside, but you can smoke in the garden if the use of the ashtray is respected.
