Warm, comfortable double room in leafy central Jesmond: exclusive use of a bathroom across the landing, in award winning designer home near Jesmond Metro (2 stops to city centre, 3 to the Central Station).It’s the smaller of 3 we list with Airbnb (“Park view & “Garden View” are the other ensuite ones. In a quiet street, but close to busy Osborne Road. Outside, it looks like a little lodge, but is very bright, airy and modern inside. Includes breakfast of fruit, muesli, toast etc served to 11am. The space This room is tucked under the eaves with a comfortable double bed, good quality cotton bedding from John Lewis, bath and hand towels, and a tv with freeview. This room isn't en suite, but there is a bathroom for your exclusive use across the landing. If you prefer ensuite look for “Park view” and “Garden View “Jesmond”. Breakfast is included: Twinings tea, Lavazza coffee, fresh fruit, muesli and other cereals, toast etc! Between 8-10am. Guest access We have 3 bedrooms which we use for Airbnb guests, each room being suitable for two guests. Our offer is bed and breakfast ( which is served in our open plan kitchen dining room). All rooms have tv and access to their own bathroom (2 ensuite, one using a bathroom across the landing) We have a parking permit for guest use and an off road space. Use of the kitchen is only for breakfast time (it's an open plan kitchen and breakfast room, which we use as our main living space). During your stay We live here, so you can interact as much or as little as you like!.We are always available if you need local info or advice about restaurants or shops or galleries. Please note, this is our house and the kitchen and breakfast room is our main living area, therefore access to the kitchen is limited to breakfast time. Other things to note We have a cat. He is not allowed upstairs and has his own accommodation where he is secured at night. We also have a burglar alarm and cctv. Our floors are not stiletto friendly, so although we don’t ban shoes, high heels and kitten heels will have to be left in the porch. Also the floors can be noisy, so if you are coming in late, shoes off is a good idea!
