The secluded cottage is set within a tropical garden and is ideal for those seeking private, self-contained accommodation. It features an open-plan design with sweeping views of the surrounding greenery and comfortably accommodates two guests. Conveniently located, the cottage is just a 2-minute drive from Woombye, 5 minutes from Palmwoods, 15 minutes to Montville, and only 20 minutes from the stunning beaches of the Sunshine Coast. Our cottage is equipped with: - a queen size bed - bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet free toiletries - linen and towels provided - kitchenette with fridge/freezer and microwave to prepare breakfast/easy meals - seating area with seats and coffee table - private, covered veranda with table and chairs - private gas BBQ - parking space for 1 car - cottage is fully fenced Guest access Private access Other things to note The cottage is non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted on your private veranda. Parties are not permitted. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. Pet-Friendly Accommodation We warmly welcome pets at Sunshine Valley Cottages! Pets are allowed inside the cottage, provided they are fully house-trained and meet our pet policy requirements. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet so we can send you additional information about your stay. PET POLICY All our cottages are pet friendly. Pets are allowed inside but must be fully house trained and the pet rules of our pet policy have to be accepted and followed. For dogs Any size dog is welcome as long as the dog is fully house trained and up to date with all vaccinations and flea treatments. Also, we allow more than one dog. Please contact us with any questions. The cottages are fenced (1.2 metre high fence). For your dogs, we offer a fenced dog park located in a separate part of our garden. This area features a comprehensive dog agility setup, perfect for keeping your pets entertained during your stay. We charge $10 per pet per night. Please advise on your booking if you are bringing a pet so we can email you some more information regarding your stay about dog friendly restaurants, walks etc in the area. PET POLICY: We would like to introduce you to our rules for pets. We love pets, but we also want all our guests to enjoy their stay. We’re asking you to accept and embrace our rules. Thank you very much. Pets must not be left unattended in rooms or on the property under any circumstances. Breach of this policy may result in fees or termination of your stay. Please clean up all evidence of your pet staying. Clean up after your pet and please vacuum up pet’s hair before you leave. Vacuum is provided. Your pet has to be fully house trained and up to date with their vaccinations and flea and worm treatments. Pets are allowed inside. Please provide your own dog bed and food/drink bowl as this is not provided. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. There is a fenced dog zone in front of the pool area so your dog can still see you while you are relaxing in the pool. Be sure to keep your dog on a leash when outside the fenced cottage yard. We have a fenced dog park for the dog to run off leash. In consideration of other guests, please clean up after your dog. While the cottages are equipped with a fence, it remains the sole responsibility of the pet owner to ensure the safety and security of their pet. Despite our efforts to prevent any escapes, we acknowledge that dogs, being animals, may occasionally find a way out. Owner takes responsibility and assures pet(s) are up to date with flea treatments. We strongly advise the pet(s) to have a current tick treatment including the paralysis tick. If your room requires excessive cleaning or if damages are incurred as a result of your pet’s actions, there will be extra charges. The owner of the pet(s) is responsible for all damage whilst on the property.
