Other things to note - Free FIBRE OPTIC WIFI · Smoking is permitted outside the property on the terrace. · Adherence to community rules · Maximum 6 people (including babies) · Guests are asked to leave the property in a tidy state on departure. (wash dishes, take garbage to the main bins) · Bed linen is provided, mid stay change of sheets is available @ 15 euros/ per bed, if desired. · Towels are provided, mid stay change of towels is available @ 6 euros/ per set of towels if desired. · Beach towels can also be hired @ 5 euros each · Fans (8E/week), high chairs (15E/week), cots (25E/week) can all also be hired if required · Pets are permitted @ 5 euros each per night - but please submit a request, naming the breed of animal before reserving. Max. 2 pets with combined weight 20kg. Not applicable to registered assistance dogs, but please confirm the breed before reserving. · Toilet rolls are not provided for your whole stay, sorry! Closer to your arrival date, I will request the passport/ID details of each guest to ensure a quick and smooth check-in process—no queuing required! I will also ask if you require any extras from the list (optional). You will then receive a confirmation of your reservation, along with a map showing where to collect the keys to the property. I will visit after your arrival to introduce myself and collect payment for any extras you’ve requested, as well as the tourist tax. Arrival is flexible, with no additional charge for late check-in. If you arrive late, I will visit you the following morning.
