A cosy, secluded chalet in Niedergrächen with an incredible view. Chalet Larsheim consists of two separate floor with total sleeping space for eleven (5 upstairs, 6 downstairs). The chalet is located at 20-30 minutes walking distance (or a short drive/ bus ride) from the centre of Grächen and the (local) ski lifts. Other ski resorts, including Zermatt and Saas Fee can also be reached in approximately 60 to 90 minutes by car/train. The space The Chalet consists of two apartments, one on the top floor and one on the bottom. This advertisement is for the fcomplete chalet, including both floors. The top floor consists of a small entrance, one bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with one single bed and a bunk bed, a (recently renovated, 2021) bathroom with a shower and a living room with kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and a large balcony. The top floor offer a spectacular view of the mountains on the other side of the valley. The bottom floor has a similar lay-out, with one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two bunkbeds, a bathroom with a shower and both, and a living room with a small kitchenette. The bottom floor opens up to a large garden with a spectacular view. The apartment has the cosy feel of a traditional Swiss chalet. At the same time the apartment offers all modern amenities, including an oven, a dish washer (upstairs) and a fondue set in the kitchen, and a radio, TV and fireplace in the living room.
