During your stay at Cozy Cottage you will enjoy a bright, clean and tidy, spacious granny flat. The granny flat includes an equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the foothills with a small shopping centre nearby for all your needs. Relax in nature, away from the daily hustle and bustle of everyday life. This beautiful space is nestled at the foot of the Perth Hills, which is a 10 Minutes drive from the International Airport, 25 minutes drive from the city. The space Enjoy a self-contained and tranquil space, with private entrance and shared access to a stunning and well-kept garden. We offer a spacious and clean bedroom, with a built in wardrobe and an attached en-suite. A standing fan and an oil-fin heater are available for use. The welcoming lounge, dining and kitchen area is equipped with a TV (Netflix and You Tube included) and WiFi (Password will be provided once booking is confirmed). This area can be air conditioned or heated to suit your needs. The kitchen has a window overlooking the patio and contains everything you require for cooking. Some of the cooking facilities include a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, gas stove, oven and quality cutlery and crockery. Spaces for dining are available both indoors as well as in the patio area. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine and access to the clothesline, via the side sliding door. The owners are available for any enquiries and reside in the house next door. Our pet dog Harley, is friendly and great company for all travellers. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the front of the property. Guest access Guests will enjoy full private access to the granny flat attached to the main residence.
