The property is 12 miles from Martinsville Speedway which host two NASCAR races a year and is 20 miles from Greensboro and 40 miles from High Point home of the fall and spring furniture market. This property is 4 miles from Freedom Park in Eden location to many sports tournaments. Also 12 miles from Smith River Sports Complex. This property location has access to two rivers for rafting, kayaking and fishing. Great value! The space Close to historic downtown with boutique shops and greenway walking trails. Drive-In theatre just blocks away. Close to many activities. Not suited for large gatherings but great for small family situations. There is a Ring doorbell system on front door. Good lighting... large parking area for guest. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Great neighborhood and house has a great kitchen to prepare full meals during your stay. Also there are USB chargers in each alarm clock for convenience.
