On the lower floor, you'll find a bathroom, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom. Guest access arking is not possible directly in front of the property, but there are paid parking areas nearby. The bus stations are just a 15-minute walk away. Other things to note INFORMATION/RULES: • Check-in: Between 4 PM and 8 PM. If you prefer self-check-in, instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. • Check-out: By 11 AM • DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENTS: After your reservation, closer to your check-in date, you will receive a link to a secure platform. Through it, you must: • Fill in the identification details for all guests (required by law). • Pay the mandatory Mafra tourist tax (this tax is charged per person, per night, for all guests aged 12 and older, with a maximum of 7 nights per stay). GENERAL RULES: • Pets: Not allowed, with some exceptions at an additional cost (please request this to the property manager). • Smoking: Forbidden inside the accommodation. • Parties or events: Not allowed. • Quiet hours: 11 PM to 8 AM, as per current law. • Lost Keys: If you lock yourself out during your stay, our assistance will cost €25. If the keys are left in the lock on the inside, the assistance fee will be €70. CHECK-OUT AND CLEANING • Upon departure, the accommodation must have the lights off and be free of trash and dirty dishes. (If you leave trash or dirty dishes, a €30 fee will be charged). • All materials and furniture (indoor and outdoor) are for use during your stay; any damages will be charged. • For stays longer than 11 days, an intermediate cleaning is included. • For stays shorter than 10 days, extra cleaning can be scheduled based on availability for an additional cost. AVAILABLE ITEMS AND SERVICES: • Bed and bath linens are provided (beach or pool towels are not included). • Courtesy items provided at the start of your stay: dish soap, hand soap, coffee pods, trash bags, toilet paper, salt, olive oil, paper towels, and laundry and dishwasher pods. • Travel cot and baby highchair are available upon request and availability.
