The space Living Space As you step through the quaint entrance, you'll immediately encounter the inviting living area and its stunning view of the Sacré Coeur. The semi-open kitchen, adorned with beautiful glass partitions, offers an open view over the dining and living rooms. It is fully equipped with an induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and espresso machine. The living room features a comfy sofa, perfect for relaxing TV nights. The glass partitions and open spaces ensure you always feel connected to those cooking in the kitchen or relaxing in the living and dining areas. The dining table seats 4, with a high chair available upon request. Bathroom and Amenities The hallway leads to a bathroom complete with a bathtub, separate shower, and sink. Opposite the bathroom, you'll find a separate toilet for added convenience. Office and Sleeping Arrangements Next to the bathroom, the hallway leads to a tranquil office space, ideal for focused work. The office has a spacious desk and overlooks a calm, sunny courtyard. The office also features a sofa bed that unfolds into a double bed (140x200cm), making it ideal for couples with children. If needed, a baby crib can be set up in the office, close to the main bedroom. Blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep in both the office and bedroom. Please note that the main bedroom is accessed through the office. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed (180x200cm) and a large closet for ample storage. Guest access Neighborhood Situated under the hill of Montmartre, the area is dominated by the majestic Sacré Coeur. Enjoy the vibrant neighborhood with its numerous restaurants, bars, and market stores. The apartment is just 100 meters from the Anvers metro stop (line 2) and close to the "Anvers" underground parking.
